key responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Support project implementation and coordination in Lindi Region
- Work with local communities and government partners
- Conduct field visits and monitor project activities
- Prepare regular progress reports
- Facilitate community meetings and training sessions
- Support data collection and documentation
- Ensure project activities align with objectives and timelines
requirements
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Community Development, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in agricultural or rural development projects
- Experience working with rural communities in Tanzania
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Swahili
- Computer literacy (MS Office, data management tools)
- Willingness to travel and work in rural areas
